The Best Greek...

Here’s my greens less Greek salad. I like to make a large dish on Sundays for the week.

Quick and simple.


Ingredients:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Cucumbers ( est. 1 cucumber per serving)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1-2 Pints of Grape tomatoes ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Fat free Zesty Italian Dressing ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Black Olives (whole or halves)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Banana peppers (whole or sliced)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Mrs Dash table blend⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Feta cheese ⠀⠀⠀


Slice or cube your desired amount of Cucumbers (est.1 cucumber per serving).

Cut the larger Grape tomatoes in half or keep them whole.

Add cucumbers and grape tomatoes into a large bowl.

Add black olives, banana peppers, and Mrs Dash to your liking.

Add 1/2 cup of Zesty Italian dressing.

Use a wooden spoon to toss and coat the salad in dressing. Store in a tightly sealed glass or plastic container. Dust with a tablespoon of feta cheese before enjoying!
